The attendance was unexpectedly overwhelming with more or less 3,000 members coming from the eight (8) dioceses in South-Central Luzon, such as, the diocese of Rizal and Pampanga (RizPam); Diocese of Greater Manila Area (GMA); Diocese of Bataan and Bulacan (BatBul); Diocese of Laguna; Diocese of Cavite; Diocese of Romblon and Mindoros (ROOM); Diocese of Marinduque, Quezon, Batangas, and Camarines Sur (MaQueBaCa); and the National Cathedral.

The celebration started at 7:00 o’clock in the morning with a motorcade participated by the delegations from the different Dioceses, after which, a Thanksgiving Mass presided by His Eminence Godofredo J. David, D.D., the 11th Obispo Maximo. Preaching on this occasion was the Right Reverend Joselito T. Cruz, Bishop of Rizal and Pampanga. Then, the Cultural Show followed which all dioceses rendered their cultural presentations.
